Payments
All subscriptions are payable in advance and all rates include postage by air where applicable.
Subscriptions are entered on quarterly basis, VAT will be charged where applicable.

European Union
Subscribers in the EU should note that we must charge VAT at the appropriate rate.
Alternatively subscribers registered for VAT can quote their VAT registration number.

Despatch
The subscription prices quoted include delivery by air where appropriate.

Back issues
Back issues and back volumes are available for most titles at the current subscription rate. Please contact us for availability.

Claims
Claims for issues not received should be made within 6 months of the date of publication, or upon receipt of the next issue, whichever is the sooner. Please note that, while every effort is made to maintain the advertised publication schedule, it may sometimes not be possible to despatch an issue in the month for which it had been advertised. No refunds of subscriptions will be made after the first issue of the year has been dispatched.

Change of Address
Please give four weeks advance notice whenever possible, and be sure to include the title of the journal, and the complete old mailing address, as well as the new address.
Please provide any reference numbers.

Free catalgues are available and can be supplied upon request to our agents and to their clients. Please send your request to journals@akkrt.hu.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing, by giving us a 30 days notice. Cancellations need to be made prior to the date of publication of the first issue.

We now have 35 English language journals available as part of the Akadémiai Kiadó Journals Online service. Full contents of both current and back issues can be accessed. Searches can be carried out across the entire database, and subscribers can view and print pages (including illustrations), as they would see them in hard copy issues.
