This book includes the results of the Hungarian National Long-term Field Experiment Network applying diferent 0-N-NP-NK-NPK mineral fertilizer rates with 4 replications uniformly on 9 various experimental sites between 1967-2001. Soil properties and processes (acidification, leaching out or accumulation of nutrients, etc.) that have been canged by the regular fertilization and by the altering annual climatic effects, as well as the yields of the different crop rotations, the chemical composition and the quality of the grain yields are introduced. The scientific and practical observations are analysed by statistical methods and economically as well. This long-term database and its results that based on versatile studies are very valuable and can be utilized even for the European conception of Agricultural Environment Management.
