This is the first Hungarian-Italian/Italian-Hungarian pocket dictionary that has been published in the last 40 years. The entry stock and the practical examples included in the volumes reflect an up-to-date linguistic state, providing a safe background for both elementary learners and those who have already passed beyond the first stages of language learning. Sentence construction with the words is facilitated by the grammatical information provided (genders, prepositions, irregular verbs, irregular plurals), whereas correct pronunciation is helped by the indication of irregular stresses. The stylistic and thematic categories promote an accurate and elaborate vocabulary use. The dictionary contains over 23,000 clearly structured entries, whose typography also ensures quick searching and orientation. The Appendix includes grammatical tables.
